The first of the (hopefully 3) Inter-club competitions is being held at HQ on Sunday 11th March. Competitors will compete against each other performing forms and points sparring, earning themselves points to go towards winning the Champion Of Champions 2012!

Just wanted to say a big well done to all that have taken part in both the Inter-club & Norfolk Open competitions during 2011. 2011's Champion Of Champions was Ella Barrett (massive well done Ella!!) Ella has also competed at the Norfolk Open competitions this year too. Next years Inter-Club competitions will be kicking off in March. I hope to see everyone that competed this year compete again next year and hopefully a few new faces will arrive on the scene...…

Well done to Gaz and Megan for a great day Sunday, and all the competitors who took part!! was exciting to watch and i am proud of you all!! look forward to the next one!! thanks everyone who turned up to watch or take part!!!
